Welcome to MindMini. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Taby ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

• Profile Information: We store your chosen avatar and username locally on your device or via iCloud to sync across your devices.
• Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we receive the content of your messages.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use, including the hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (such as IDFA for advertising, if permitted).
• Usage Information: We track game progress, scores, achievement unlocks, and feature usage to improve the App.
• Crash Data: We use legitimate interest to collect crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve stability.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

We do not process or store your financial information directly.

All payments, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit). We only receive a notification of the transaction (e.g., "Premium Unlocked") to provide you with the purchased content. We do not have access to your credit card details or billing address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Personalize your experience (e.g., syncing progress via Apple Game Center).
• Respond to customer service requests.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends and activities.
• Serve relevant advertisements via Google AdMob (if you have opted in or as permitted by non-personalized ad settings).

4. Third-Party Services

We share generic data with secure third-party service providers for the operation of the App:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements. They may use identifiers like the Advertising ID to show personalized ads. Google Privacy Policy.
• Firebase (Google): For analytics and crash reporting.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your game data as long as you use the App. Since most data is stored locally or in your personal iCloud/Game Center account:

• You can delete your local data by uninstalling the App.
• You can manage your iCloud data via your Apple Device Settings.
• To request the deletion of any other data we might have, contact us at the email below.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this policy.
